WELCOME to the delegation
We're looking forward to seeing you in Bremen. This page collects everything you need before and during the expo, and we'll keep it updated as the programme comes together.
During Space Tech Expo 2026, the team will communicate via WhatsApp. Join the group chat to get updates and any important or urgent messages.
Accommodation
We've booked rooms for you at Maritim Hotel Bremen, Hollerallee 99, 28215 Bremen, right next to the venue. Marta is staying at the same hotel.
- Check-in from 15:00 on 16 November.
- Check-out by 12:00 on 19 November.
- Please bring photo ID or passport.
Meals
Breakfast is included at the hotel. Coffee, snacks and soft drinks are available at the pavilion during the expo.
Lunch is not included. There are foodtrucks outside and a cantine in the expo but the meals are on you.
We're hosting a community dinner for all participants: [CONFIRM: date and location].
Your four days in Bremen
Check-in to your hotel room. Remember to bring along your photo ID or passport.
Marta will be present.
Collect your exhibitor badge from Hall 1 or Hall 7 between the hours of 12:00hrs and 18:00hrs.

What's there
A corner of around 5 m² with a round table, one chair and a screen. We take care of the stand, so there's nothing for you to order. Your logo will appear on the stand graphics.
The pavilion also has a shared lounge, a meeting room and a storage room.
Your timeslot
Each company gets a dedicated 2–3 hour slot at the booth. You're welcome to bring your own roll-up.
Bring your video on a USB stick and we'll play it on our booth screen during your slot.
Prototypes and equipment
Contact Lixia (lxd@danishexport.dk) about storage space. The booth is small, around 5 m², so ask us first if you're unsure whether your prototype will fit.
